1. First, mix the luminous powder and low-temperature ceramic glaze powder fully and evenly (the luminous powder accounts for 40% by weight) and mix it with water in a ball mill in a proportion of 1:0.6 by weight for 20 minutes to make glaze slurry. Use the methods of spraying glaze, pouring glaze, and pouring glaze to form a glaze layer of 200-400 microns on the white ceramic blank. After drying, it can be quickly burned out in 35-50 minutes at a temperature of 800-960 degrees to make luminous interior wall glazed tiles.
2. Fully mix Jingcheng luminous powder with low-temperature ceramic glaze powder (luminous powder accounts for 30-40% by weight) and appropriate screen printing oil to obtain screen printing paste. The luminous glaze paste (80-120 mesh screen) is printed on the white glaze layer of unburned floor tiles to form a luminous pattern. Burn a layer of transparent glaze on the surface of the pattern. At the temperature of 850-960 ℃, it can be quickly fired within 35-45 minutes. It can be made into luminous pattern floor tiles.
3. First, fully mix Jingcheng luminous powder with low-temperature ceramic glaze powder (luminous powder accounts for 30-40% by weight) and appropriate screen printing oil to prepare screen printing paste. Use the silk screen on the luminous pattern, stack the transparent dry glaze powder, and quickly burn it in 40-50 minutes at the temperature of 800-950 degrees. Form a luminous pattern with a raised effect. The interior wall is decorated with glazed tiles with luminous patterns.
2、 Precautions for Jingcheng luminous powder:
(1) Avoid strong friction between luminous powder and metal objects, otherwise the luminous effect will be affected. The particle size of luminous powder is generally 160-300 mesh or 200-400 mesh.
(2) If the glaze subsides, 2-4% bentonite can be added to increase the suspension of glaze slurry.
(3) Select the low temperature glaze matched with the porcelain body, and control the temperature and time. Too high temperature and too long firing time will affect the brightness.
