How long does it take to get a reply after we send you a request for quotation?

Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We have a mica factory and a pearlescent pigment factory, and we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell our own products.

What kind of products can you supply?

We mainly produce synthetic mica powder, and various colors of pearlescent pigments.

What are the main applications of your products?

Our products cover most of the application fields in industrial and cosmetic industries, mainly in ink, car paint, metal paint, printing and dyeing, soap and candle, seamstress, eye shadow and lipstick, garment carpet and so on.

Can you do customized products?

Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the pictures or samples provided by customers.

Do you produce standard parts?

Yes, besides custom-made products, we also produce standard type of pearlescent pigment which is common in the industry.

What is the production capacity of your company?

We have independent mica processing workshop and 9 large reactors, which can produce 100 tons of pearlescent every month.

How many employees do you have in your company and how many technicians are there?

There are more than 50 employees in our company, including 0 professional technicians and 10 engineers.

How does your company guarantee the quality of products?

First of all, we will have corresponding inspection after each process, and for the final finished products, we will do 100% full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards.

Then, we have the most advanced and complete top testing equipment in the industry: spectral analyzer, metallurgical microscope, particle size tester, high temperature resistance test, heavy metal content test, etc. The above equipment can completely ensure that we can provide customers with the best quality products, and at the same time, we can ensure that we can meet customers' requirements for material safety, durability and other aspects of testing.

What is the payment method?

When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 50% in advance, and then pay the balance when we see the bill of lading. The payment method we mostly T/T.

How do we deliver the goods to our customers?

Usually we ship by sea, we are only 100km away from Ningbo port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are more urgent, we can also air freight, Xiaoshan Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.

Where do you mainly export your goods to?

Our products are mainly exported to the United States, Germany, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and other dozens of countries.
